We come this day united in one Voice and say to you to be prepared to experience the compression of ‘Time’. Time as you know it is ‘speeding up’. What this means to you, Dear Ones, is that it feels as though you are pushing uphill when trying to go about your daily tasks. You will have to make adjustments for this, Dear Ones, by employing greater focus and concentration in all that you do.
The New Energies coming in now are creating this feeling within you. Many of you feel as though you are disorganized and can hardly accomplish anything. This energy will be with us for a long time and must be adapted to as stated above.
We wanted to bring this to your awareness so that you do not think there is something seriously wrong with you. It is the new Wave of Cosmic Energy that is producing this feeling within you. As with all ‘newness’ it will be adapted to and resolved in due process.
Spend some time each day increasing your personal frequency levels as this will help you adapt more easily. The greater your frequency, the more in harmony with the New Energy.

Beloved Ones,
Today we come to speak to you about the new energy that is pouring down upon the Planet. This energy is a Cosmic energy from the Great Central Sun. It is very powerful and it behooves all Lightworkers to keep their frequencies at a high level in order to experience this energy with grace and ease.
Know that this is a wave, a long term wave of higher frequencies and it will bring sweeping changes upon the Earth.
Many of you have been wondering how in the world you could help to awaken the people who seem to still be asleep to what is occurring around them. This Great Wave of energy will facilitate mass awakenings on a massive scale.

Dearly Beloveds,
We come this day in unity to let you, the Lightworkers, know that we of the Higher Dimensions are working diligently on your behalf and the behalf of the entirety of the Earth, Humanity and all upon her.
On the Inner Planes, we and YOU, Beloved Ones, work together in Unity. We come together, usually when you are in your sleep state and hold Council together, conversing and deciding what needs to take place next, in moving the Earth, Humanity and all upon her into higher levels of frequency vibration in preparation for Ascension, according to Creator’s Divine Will for the unfoldment of the Divine Plan of Planet Earth.
Truly we say to you, this is a major undertaking and there are so many complexities to be considered.
Know that your insights and suggestions are always taken into careful consideration, for this is the way of working together in the Higher Dimensions.
Many of you sit on High Councils and you advise us through your direct experience and participation, what is needed most at any given time in order to achieve the objective of Ascension of all.
The intentions of us all, from the Higher Dimensions and from each participant on the Councils (each of YOU), is to continue to achieve what was once considered ‘the impossible’: which is to uplift the entire Planet and ALL upon her into the higher levels of frequency and vibration. This is what Ascension really means.
Each Council has a specific purpose and all Councils work together to achieve the objective. Dear Ones, you ALL have direct input! You may not remember this yet but the time is soon coming when you shall. You will remember that what is being achieved on and for Planet Earth and all her inhabitants is a direct result of your nightly input. We are all One, Beloveds! We are not separate or above you! We work together as One.
We see a time coming where the Beloved Lightworkers consciously unite on a daily basis to achieve seeming miracles! This is manifesting now, Dear Ones!

A Message from Metatron and Lady (Mother) Mary
I come this day. I AM Metatron. With me today is Lady (Mother) Mary and we come to give a joint message.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dear Ones of Light, for faithfully holding the Light each day, for daily decreeing to bring great changes to your world that will create peace, joy and harmony.
As you know, the Ascended Masters and Lady Masters of our Spiritual Hierarchy of Planet Earth bring before you at appropriate times, certain focuses that are a CALL from the Higher Realms. This is so that we can work in unison to bring about the changes that will be of great importance in the Ascension of Planet Earth and Humanity and all the Beings of all the kingdoms of this world.
Please participate in those focuses that resonate in your heart of hearts as Truth. We offer our great encouragement for you to participate and conduct these daily decrees and focuses.
We also want to speak to you now about the different timelines that are presenting themselves to you. Always connect to your Higher, deeper Self and double check everything that comes to you and others.
One method is pendulum ‘dowsing’ and another is muscle testing. If you are not familiar with these methods, you can search on the Internet for more information about them. We want to add that you MUST ensure that you are protecting yourselves from the lower entities on the lower astral levels of the Earth.
Always check and clear yourselves until you are absolutely certain that you are clear of all lower density energies. Only the highest energies will be able to respond in the affirmative. Always ask that the work that you do be always for the Highest Good of all concerned and must be in accordance with Divine Will. This is very important to do, Dear Ones! When you affirm or decree these intentions, only the Highest vibrations may come through you.
However, we want to add that you not take these methods for granted. During your work, randomly test the Spirit such as, “do you come in the name of the Christ?” This is to ensure that only the higher vibrational entities and energies will come to you.
We remind you of this, Dear Ones, because of the times you are living in…there are so many possibilities and probabilities and timelines. Seek only the Highest Truth and the Highest Good for yourselves and for the Highest Good of all.

Beloved Ones,
The time is now upon us to stand in the impeccability of your Light. It behooves each of the Lightworkers to always stay in their highest integrity, honesty and honour. You represent the Living Christ upon the Earth and you walk in His name.
Many people doubt the reality of the Being known as Sananda, who is here with me now. I have come to attest as Kuthumi, World Teacher, that Sananda is from and of, the Highest Christ Consciousness and is, in truth, the highest aspect of Jesua Ben Joseph, also known as Jesus. Sananda is the aspect that can be referred to as the Cosmic Christ. There is no need, Dear Ones, to fall into doubt about the validity of a channeled message because it is coming from Sananda.
Sananda oversees the operation of the Divine Plan of our Creator Source for the Earth and as such, we of the Spiritual Hierarchy of Planet Earth, follow his directives and work in harmony and in unison with him.
As each of you are discovering or, will be discovering, there is more to each of us than is apparent at 3D level. There is much, much more to each of you than you can at this time discern. That, Dear Ones, will be changing soon! You will remember and you will be amazed by your discoveries about yourselves.
Continue to stand in your Light and just BE the Light that you are. Believe in yourselves!

Earth is cleansing and releasing and the Light you generate helps her in this as well.
We see that many of you are following the Divine Plan that is your part of the Whole and we rejoice! Your efforts are making all the difference! There is much to be done in the days ahead and your efforts must be unceasing.
Maintain your centres at all times. Be true to yourselves, Dear Ones, for it is within yourselves that the Truth resides. You always have this knowing.
There is much information coming through now that needs to be validated by you from within. If you read messages that tell you your job to bring in Light is done, NOT SO! This message comes on an auspicious day. Behind the scenes on the ‘world scene’ much has been accomplished and will be coming forth in the days ahead.
Know that the Light you are and hold IS making a huge difference. What is required from you at this time is that you remind yourself of this each day. By doing this, you help raise the Light quotient in yourselves and in the mass consciousness.
Know, Dear Ones, that events will be unfolding quickly in the immediate future. Much grounding is required so our suggestion to you is to venture out into nature whenever you feel that too much energy input is overwhelming you. If possible, sit or stand beside the Tree Family and this will help balance and integrate your energy levels.
